This is my first ALTV server, can you help me if I get stuck?

Can I upgrade to a higher offer later ?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the customer area. Once you have placed the order, the plan change is applied automatically and instantly. No files or settings are lost during the upgrade, your server will just be upgraded to the new plan you selected.
Can we add sub-users?
It is quite possible, thanks to the pterodactyl panel you have the possibility to add as many sub-administrators as you wish in two or three clicks. .
How can I manage my files?
To upload or install files on your server, you can use an FTP client or the game panel to manage your server files by dragging and dropping between your computer and the server in the file manager tab.
