These Terms of Use ("ToU") govern the use of the lordhosting.fr website and all services offered by Lordhosting SASU (SIREN 105 383 988, RCS Paris).
1. Purpose of the site
The site allows the User to access the various services of Lordhosting SASU (hosting, servers, domain names, etc.). Lordhosting grants Users a limited, revocable and non-exclusive right of access to the Services for strictly personal use. Any use contrary to the purpose of the site is strictly prohibited.
2. Site access
To be eligible for the service, the User may be a natural or legal person. Lordhosting reserves the right to suspend or refuse access to the site for one or more Users.
Any partial or total copy of our website is strictly prohibited without written and signed authorization from the publisher. The publisher can be contacted at: contact@lordhosting.fr
3. Site management
The Publisher implements the necessary technical solutions to allow continuous access to the site. However, it reserves the right to limit or suspend access to all or part of the site at any time and without notice, particularly for maintenance reasons.

The site is optimized for:
- Latest versions of Edge, Chrome and Firefox browsers
- Modern screen resolutions (mobile, tablet, desktop)
All hardware and software necessary to access the platform remains exclusively the User's responsibility.
4. Reporting
The User can contact the publisher to report any illegal or manifestly inappropriate behavior or content, by email at contact@lordhosting.fr.
5. User obligations
Users undertake not to:
- Transmit, publish, distribute, record or destroy any material in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Disseminate data, information or content of a defamatory, insulting, obscene, offensive, violent or incitement to violence nature, or of a political, racist or xenophobic nature
- Use information, content or data present on the site to offer a competing service to Lordhosting
- Sell, exchange or monetize information or content present on the platform without express written agreement from Lordhosting
- Practice reverse engineering, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Services
- Use software or automated robots to access, explore, extract or index any page of the Site
- Endanger the digital security of Lordhosting (vulnerability scans, unauthorized authentication attempts, etc.)
- Counterfeit or use Lordhosting's products, logos or trademarks
- Simulate the appearance or operation of the Site (mirror effect, denial of service attack)
- Disrupt Lordhosting or impose a disproportionate load on the Site's infrastructure
- Use Lordhosting services to attack intellectual or physical property
Violations of system or network security may lead to civil and criminal prosecution. Lordhosting may call upon judicial authorities to prosecute, where appropriate, Users who have participated in such violations.
6. Customer account
The Publisher reserves certain services to Users who have registered on the site, particularly paid services. Upon registration, the User undertakes to provide valid and truthful information, including a valid email address and telephone number.
Any information communicated by email from the Publisher to the User shall be deemed to have been read by the latter.
Any registered User may request the deletion of their customer account. The Publisher undertakes to delete accounts for which it has received such a request within 2 months. Personal data of inactive accounts is deleted after a minimum of 36 months without login or prior request.
7. Intellectual property
All Site content (designs, texts, graphics, images, videos, information, logos, software, audio files, etc.) belongs to Lordhosting SASU, sole holder of all related intellectual property rights.
Any representation, reproduction or partial or total exploitation of the contents and Services offered by Lordhosting, by any process whatsoever, without prior written authorization from Lordhosting, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal proceedings.
8. Personal data
All personal data held by Lordhosting is collected legally and fairly, in accordance with our Privacy policy.
The User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose their data. To exercise these rights, they can write to contact@lordhosting.fr. A response will be sent within a maximum of 60 days.
9. Liability
Lordhosting does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services. Lordhosting cannot be held liable in the event of interruption of access to the Platform due to maintenance, updates or technical improvements.
Lordhosting shall not be liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses or damages, including any loss of profit, unfortunate investment, inaccuracy or corruption of files, image or commercial damage, loss of turnover, loss of clientele.
Lordhosting shall not be liable for any delay or non-performance justified by a case of force majeure.
10. Evidence agreement
Computer systems and files shall serve as evidence in relations between Lordhosting and the User. Lordhosting may validly produce, in any proceedings, data, files, recordings or other elements received, issued or stored via its computer systems.
11. DDoS attacks and abuse
Lordhosting reserves the right to suspend or delete a customer account if its behavior harms the use of its services. In accordance with Article 323-2 of the French Penal Code, hindering or distorting the operation of an automated data processing system is punishable by five years' imprisonment and a €150,000 fine. Lordhosting may notify the competent authorities in case of non-compliance.
12. Newsletter and commercial communications
Upon registration, the User may consent to receive Lordhosting's newsletter, containing news, promotional offers and information related to services. This consent is free and optional: it in no way conditions access to the site or services.
The User can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge:
- By clicking on the unsubscribe link present at the bottom of each email sent.
- From their client area ("Communication preferences" section).
- By sending a request to contact@lordhosting.fr.
Strictly transactional emails (invoices, order confirmation, technical alerts, service expiration, security notifications) are not affected by this unsubscription and continue to be sent as long as the customer account is active, in accordance with the performance of the contract.
13. Severability
The fact that any of the provisions of these ToU is or becomes illegal or unenforceable shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
14. Duration and modifications
These ToU are concluded for an indefinite period and the User is required to comply with them from the start of their use of the Services. The Publisher reserves the right to modify this document at any time and without notice. Users will be informed of each substantial update.
