A minor may open a customer account with Lordhosting on the strict condition that they have the explicit agreement of one of their legal guardians. Lordhosting cannot be held responsible for purchases made by a minor.

3. Service order
The Client selects the service(s) they wish to purchase, accesses the order summary, accepts these GTS by checking the validation box, then validates the order with payment obligation. An order confirmation is then sent by email.

No cash or bank transfer refund is possible for these payment methods.
4.2 Payment disputes and chargebacks
The Client undertakes to contact Lordhosting by email at contact@lordhosting.fr prior to opening any dispute with their bank, payment provider (PayPal, Stripe) or any collection company, in order to attempt an amicable resolution.

6.3 Denial-of-service attacks (DDoS)
Any use of Lordhosting services to conduct, facilitate or participate in a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack, unauthorized intrusion, massive port scanning or any act of cybercrime is strictly prohibited. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts to supply digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose execution has begun after the Client's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
When placing the order, by checking the GTS acceptance box and validating payment, the Client expressly requests that the delivery of their services begins immediately (automatic delivery within 24 hours, typically 2 minutes) and expressly acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal once the services have been fully performed.
The right of withdrawal nevertheless remains open for orders whose delivery has not yet been initiated or for partially performed services (calculated pro rata for the unused portion).
8.2 Domain names — Custom-made goods
In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, domain names constitute custom-made goods or goods clearly personalized at the Client's request. As such, their purchase does not give rise to any withdrawal period or refund, whether they are newly registered, transferred or renewed.
This exclusion also applies to software licenses, SSL certificates and other personalized services delivered by a third party (registry, certification authority) immediately after the order.
9. Disk space and bandwidth
The maximum disk space size and bandwidth provided are specified in the offer details. In case of excess, the Client receives an email alert and their account may be suspended until their allocation is increased.

11. Suspension and deletion
In case of non-payment, the service is suspended on the due date. If no payment is received within 14 days, the service is completely deleted with data erasure. Lordhosting cannot be held responsible for data loss resulting from late payment.

- Definitive deletion of the service and data: 14 days after the expiry date.
Any renewal request after the expiration of a domain name may result in delays and restoration fees (redemption fee) re-invoiced at cost price. Lordhosting reserves the right to modify the renewal price according to variations imposed by registries or currency exchange rates.
12. Domain name registration and transfer
Lordhosting acts as a broker between the Client and the competent authority for domain name allocation. Lordhosting has no influence on the actual allocation and does not guarantee it.
The Client warrants that the requested domain name does not infringe the rights of third parties and indemnifies Lordhosting against any claim. For .com, .net, .org, .info and .name TLDs, the Client accepts that the UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy) procedure applies to any disputes.
A domain name transfer must be requested at least 40 days before expiration. Lordhosting undertakes to notify the Client by email at least 15 days before expiration for renewal.
